PacHub respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement in compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA").
We aim to process all valid DMCA notices within 48 hours of receipt.
How to Submit a DMCA Notice
If you believe your copyrighted work is infringed on this site, submit a written notice that includes all of the following:
- A description of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- The specific URL(s) of the infringing material on this site.
- Your contact information (name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address).
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice details are accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Tip: Incomplete notices cannot be processed. Include every item above so we can locate and review the material promptly.
Counter-Notification
If your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing the DMCA-required details. A valid counter-notification must include your contact information, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court, and your physical or electronic signature.
Repeat Infringers
In compliance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we terminate access for repeat infringers.
False Claims
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material is infringing (or was removed by mistake) may be liable for damages.
